Danish Working Environment Authority (WEA) Guidelines

The WEA-guidelines are the Danish Working Environment Authority's instructions on how to interpret regulation contained in offshore safety legislation.

When a WEA-guideline reproduces binding method requirements, etc. from acts or executive orders, companies must follow the mentioned methods. It will always be clear from a WEA-guideline when binding method requirements etc. are reproduced.
