Notification to the Accident Investigation Board Denmark
The operator or the owner of an installation offshore must, within 10 working days, report the following to the Accident Investigation Board
- major accidents
- any other incident that results in the death of one to four people at the facility where the source of the hazard occurs, or who perform oil and gas activities in connection with the facility or connected infrastructure.
The notification must be accompanied by a statement describing the accident, its course and the immediate causes of the accident. The notification must contain the same information as the notification to the Danish Working Environment Authority mentioned above.
